P. Todd Kennedy, Esq., is Vice Chairman of the Food For The Poor Board of Directors. A member of the Board since 2002, Kennedy is the immediate past Chairman of the Board, a position he held from 2003 to 2025.

Kennedy is an AV-rated lawyer who began practicing in 1992. He focuses his practice on estate and tax planning strategies for high net-worth individuals and families throughout Florida.

Kennedy’s areas of practice include complex estate planning, asset protection planning, probate administration, trust administration, family office administration,

and estate and business succession planning. Kennedy graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stetson University in 1988. Thereafter, he earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 1991 and his Master of Laws (LL.M) in taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1992.

Kennedy is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the Tax Court of the United States. He also is a member of the Tax Law and Business Law Sections of the Florida Bar.

Kennedy was born in Memphis, Tenn.
