As a faith-based organization, prayer is a fundamental part of our ministry. We pray daily for the poor who are still suffering, our donors, and each other.
We invite you to create a prayer by clicking the Create Prayer Request button and filling out the form. Once verified, your prayer request will appear on the prayer wall.
To pray for someone’s else’s prayer, click on the I Prayed for This button. Every time someone prays for a request an email will be sent to the person who made the prayer request to let them know (only if they have indicated they want notifications).

Lord Jesus Christ, I come before You now with urgency and faith, asking for breakthrough over my life and my family. Break through every barrier that has stood too long. Break through silence, delay, confusion, and anything that has resisted Your will for us. Your Word says, “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it” (John 1:5). Let Your light fill every place in our lives right now.
I lift up me and my husband, my children, my grandchildren, my son in laws, our pets, and my whole family to You. Cover them with Your protection and Your peace. Your Word says, “The Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore” (Psalm 121:8). Watch over every step they take and every decision before them. Bring alignment where there has been strain. Bring healing where there has been hurt. Bring clarity where there has been confusion. Your Word says, “God is not the author of confusion but of peace” (1 Corinthians 14:33). Let Your peace rule over us. I ask for sudden breakthrough. Open doors no one can shut. Close every door that is not from You. Your Word says, “I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut” (Revelation 3:8). Let those doors open over my family now. Go before us and make every crooked path straight. Your Word says, “He will make your paths straight” (Proverbs 3:6). Lead us into what You have prepared. Let everything not planted by You fall away. Let everything aligned with Your purpose stand strong. I receive Your breakthrough over my life and my family, not by my strength but by Your power.

I’m Ashley. My mum Glenda has many online ESL jobs, too many for everyone, as I help her too much. Yet, she is applying for more jobs, I hope she doesn’t get more jobs, there’s more than enough to do. Hope for no major solar storm soon, kind that causes power outages everywhere. My mum is getting eye surgery, tomorrow (29th). Hope that I go to church on Sunday and bake sale afterwards.

My mum Glenda’s mental illness, worse for months. She is asking too much from people. She has many jobs but applying for more. She asks for help with her jobs; some jobs are too early in the morning for anyone. She is loopier and sleepier than usual. Will be worse after her eye surgery. Hope not to get cold; throat hurts. Hope to go to church and event on May 3rd. Advice, please.

It snowing again, hope doesn’t snow too much. Hope weather is good Sunday, and not much snow; hope use my medical scooter, don’t think can use walker, as right foot swollen. Hope that weather cooperates on Sunday, May 3, for church and church bake sale; hope my parents let me go, as my mum Glenda is getting eye surgery on April 29th and my dad Alan needs heart surgery soon. My mum works online with ESL private students and with ESL companies, hope on May 3rd she doesn’t work much and doesn’t have any strange ideas. On April 27th and days with three or more students with VIPTEACHER drop her, as too many, too early in the morning as well, she’s a morning person but even those classes are too early for her; acts somewhat loopy due to it, long story, I help her with these classes, it’ll will be worse after eye surgery and help me be able to stand it better, as having hard time, already, with lack of sleep, etc. Hope not to go out of town until after my sick dad’s surgery.

I’m Ashley. My mum not letting me go to church. Tomorrow big day at church. Walks are good enough to use walker (snowed recently but got shoveled; snow not melting fast enough). Hope my mum changes her mind (dad, doesn’t side with her); doesn’t kick me out. My dad is sick; she thinks he needs to shovel again but doesn’t need it. Almost nothing good enough for her! Was hoping for food, hope for free things my family needs. Other things are backfiring. Why God, are you kicking me out?

Lord, I lift up adult child A.S. to You. Thank You for her life, her heart, and the new baby You’ve blessed her with. I ask that You guide her steps and her time. If she is coming here out of worry, habit, or uncertainty, bring clarity and peace to her heart. Help her feel secure in her own home and confident in her role as a wife and mother. Lord, create a healthy rhythm for our relationship. Establish loving boundaries that honor both of us. Let there be no misunderstanding, no offense, and no guilt, only peace, respect, and balance. Teach us how to love each other in a way that is healthy and sustainable. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Father, I release A.S. into Your care. She does not need to carry responsibility for me that You have not given her. Remove any false sense of obligation, worry, or pressure from her. Return her focus to her own household, her marriage, and her baby. Strengthen her bond with her husband and help her build her home with peace and stability. At the same time, Lord, guard my time, my space, and my peace. Give me wisdom and grace if I need to speak, and let my words be gentle and clear.

My mum is a mental mess, she seems very paranoid, very controlling (good intentions in some cases, but timing is often off but makes things harder than they need to be). Hope my period doesn’t happen until Monday or Tuesday as, I’m disabled and can’t use legs much, snowed lots, and maybe forced to use walker on Sunday; normally use medical scooter (hope still works as its old). Did something, hope don’t get into trouble with my mum from it, she forced me into an online workshop (from one of her jobs); I said something to workshop speaker, something needed, in my opinion, but still. My dad needs surgery don’t know where but hope it’s in late May or June; as if its out of town, don’t know when my family is going to stay for a while and how to get home. Hope my event on Friday morning gets cancelled.

My mum is an ESL tutor, ESL student with English name of Eric has (hard to explain) issues with the app the lessons are on and internet, lately, makes things harder for Eric, her and me. My mum wants to get a new couch but hope for no bed bugs or other issues. Hope for sunny weather on Friday. Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney is planning Bill C-9 Censorship which if goes through they will be no more freedom of religion. Please pass this prayer to many. I hope Bill C-9 never comes to pass. Hope that Pierre Poilievre never becomes Prime Minister; been told he’s like the Canadian version of Trump. Hope that Trump and Trump’s people do not strike Iran’s Power Plants. Hope Trump retires soon. Hope that Trump and ICE take responsibility for all their cruel actions. Hope Iran, Russia and North Korea never destroy USA and Canada.
