A Farmer Field School Program equips 30 farmers in remote communities with practical skills to grow food more efficiently and sustainably. This program is delivered through the Livelihoods Improvement through Food Security and Training (LIFT) initiative.

The program begins with establishing a shared learning site, where farmers gather regularly to learn directly in the field. Demonstration plots are prepared to reflect local conditions, allowing farmers to practice techniques using the same soil, crops, and resources found in their own communities.
