Haiti Community Event Volunteer Form

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Food For The Poor!

The minimum age to volunteer with FFTP is 18 years old.

We are adhering to CDC guidelines.

While volunteering with FFTP, you will be required to:

Wear a face mask (for all projects).
Follow all safety guidelines from the project leader.
Maintain at least 6 feet (about two arms’ length) from other people.
Leave the volunteer site if you begin to feel ill during the project.
Wear closed-toe shoes.
