Bring Christmas Joy to a Child!

October 1, 2020May 10, 2023 FFTP

You can bring Christmas joy to children in the Caribbean and Latin America by donating to our Christmas Toy Drive.

It’s easy to give through our Amazon Wish List. Please visit www.foodforthepoor.org/toydrive to shop for toys, including art supplies, soccer balls and teddy bears.

We will deliver the toys to children in the countries we serve.

You can also bring new, unwrapped toys to the Food For The Poor warehouse, 6401 Lyons Road, Coconut Creek, Fla., Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.

“We believe every child deserves a gift for Christmas. The smiles and shouts of joy when the children open their presents are priceless! We are so grateful for your kindness and generosity,” said Leann Chong, Director of the Angels of Hope Child Sponsorship program at Food For The Poor.

Spread the word by letting your friends, church members and family know that we need as many toys as possible.

Thank you for helping make this Christmas extra special for boys and girls in the Caribbean and Latin America!

Please shop today and bring joy to a child in need this Christmas!

*ANIMAL HUSBANDRY: Food For The Poor has ongoing animal husbandry and apiary programs that support impoverished families and communities. The funds that are raised from animals and bees in this catalog are used to support the aforementioned programs.

**HOUSING: Because of the size and need of the average family, for $9,800, we build all houses with two bedrooms and a living area, sanitation and a water component, a cooking area, a sink, furnishings, lighting and structural elements to withstand severe weather conditions. You will receive a Certificate of Appreciation with a photograph of the family in front of their secure and comfortable home.
