Be the Change: Become a Volunteer

Share the gift of your time

At Food For The Poor, volunteers are the heart and soul of our mission to break the cycle of poverty. Their dedication and passion make a world of difference to vulnerable families in need.

Volunteering with Food For The Poor is not just about giving back; it’s also a deeply fulfilling experience that nourishes the soul. There’s something truly special about coming together with like-minded individuals, united by a shared goal of making a positive difference in the world. It’s a chance to connect with others, forge meaningful friendships, and build a community bound by a common purpose.

If you’re looking for a way to make a meaningful impact and be part of something bigger than yourself, we invite you to join us as a volunteer at Food For The Poor! Together, we can create a brighter future for those who need it most, one act of kindness at a time.

Quotes from our volunteers:

“I embrace the camaraderie but most of all, the joy of giving of myself and my time knowing that someone who is in dire need will be receiving what they need”

“Volunteering it the best thing I could do during my retirement.  We have the best time, and you meet great people!  The days I don’t volunteer I feel so lost.  The days I go to Food For The Poor I feel happy and feel I have a purpose.”
