Prayer Services

As a faith-based organization, prayer is a fundamental part of our ministry. We pray daily for the poor who are still suffering, our donors, and each other. Prayer renews our sense of mission and offers inspiration for the work that we do each day.

Our ministry reflects God’s unconditional love, which surrenders all, inspires trust and faith, and embraces all people, regardless of race, status or creed. We believe that Christ is alive, and that we can best serve Him by assisting those in greatest need. (Matthew 25:40)

Dear gracious Father, 

As we stand at the threshold of September, a month that signifies change and new beginnings, we pause to offer a prayer for compassion. Divine Source of love and understanding, we ask that you open our hearts and minds to the struggles and joys of those around us. Let the warmth of your grace inspire us to reach out with kindness, to lend a listening ear and a helping hand to those in need. May we embrace the diversity of humanity, recognizing that each person we encounter carries their burdens and stories. As the autumn leaves begin to fall, let us remember the beauty of letting go and the importance of nurturing one another. Grant us the strength to be advocates of love, fostering compassion in our communities and within ourselves. As we embark on this new month, may our actions reflect the light of empathy and kindness in a world that craves connection and understanding.
