Food For The Poor Earns 4 Stars for 9 Years in a Row

COCONUT CREEK, Fla. (Nov. 3, 2009) – The largest international relief and development organization in the United States has won a coveted 4-star rating from the prominent Charity Navigator for the ninth consecutive year.

Food For The Poor received the excellent rating for its outstanding charitable contributions and sound fiscal management. This high ranking speaks volumes to the large percentage of donors who seek charities that are noted for their transparency and fiscal responsibility. This award, from one of the nation’s foremost charity evaluators, solidifies the interdenominational Christian charity’s consistent credibility, efficient servanthood, and promise of longevity.
