Sheila Hanlon Ravindran

Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Sheila Hanlon Ravindran, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, is responsible for driving Food For The Poor’s information technology strategy and innovation, infrastructure, data analytics, and digital transformation.

Sheila joined Food for the Poor in 2024 with more than 30 years of experience as a technology executive, including over 25 years in global leadership roles. She has held senior technology roles at numerous companies across a variety of industries, including software, automotive, retail, distribution, supply chain/logistics, manufacturing, financial services, and consulting.

Sheila previously was Senior Vice President of Technology and Innovation at Jazwares, a Berkshire Hathaway company. Her background includes global technology operations at Ultimate Software/UKG, JM Family Enterprises, AutoNation, and Arthur Andersen. 


With a bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University, Sheila is certified in Prosci Change Management and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She has also completed the Disney Institute Leadership Excellence Program and is a graduate of Leadership Broward Class of XXI. In addition, Sheila holds an ITIL 4 certification and a Product Manager certification from the Pragmatic Institute. As a proven leader, Sheila is passionate about developing people and teams. 


During her spare time, Sheila enjoys playing golf, hiking, traveling, and is proud to have completed the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training marathon. Sheila lives in Davie, Florida, with her husband and three daughters.
