Paul Short

Pr. Short was born and raised in Katy, TX. He served in the US Air Force for four years. He graduated from the University of Houston in 1970 and from Concordia Theological Seminary in 1974. He has served seven parishes in 40 years of ministry, most recently at St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau, MO.
