Raise a Glass to Support 21st Annual Building Hope Gala
COCONUT CREEK, Fla. (Jan. 14, 2016) – Food For The Poor will host an exquisite wine tasting evening on Jan. 26 to benefit its much-anticipated event, the 21st Annual Building Hope Gala on Feb. 6. Proceeds will support the gala’s home-building initiative in Haiti.
Guests will enjoy breathtaking waterfront views at the Hudson at Waterway East in downtown Delray Beach, while savoring more than 50 exceptional wines provided by The American Fine Wine Competition. The evening will include hors d’oeuvres from the Hudson and a silent auction.
The wine tasting event will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 26 at the Hudson at Waterway East, 900 E. Atlantic Ave., Suite 22, Delray Beach. The cost per person is $45, with funds helping to build 50 critically needed homes and provide hope for desperate people in Source Sable, Haiti.

Food For The Poor’s 21st Annual Building Hope Gala will be Saturday, Feb. 6 at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, 501 E. Camino Real, Boca Raton. The luxury resort will mark its 90th anniversary on the same date.
Since the charity was started in 1982, Food For The Poor has built more than 100,000 housing units for people desperately in need of safe shelter. A gift of $3,200 will move a destitute family from their dirt-floor makeshift shack in Source Sable into a permanent home.
