Saint Lucia

St. Lucia is a small island that’s 27 miles long and 14 miles wide. The country is stunningly beautiful, but poverty and unemployment are widespread among the population of near 167,000.

Food For The Poor ships containers full of essential goods to the poor of St. Lucia, and also supports poverty alleviation projects as needed. Saint Lucia measures 606 square miles, about 5 times the size of Washington, D.C.
