Fort Lauderdale FlaMingle
Guests mixed and mingled while enjoying honey-infused hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, live reggae music and a raffle at this year’s Fort Lauderdale FlaMingle on November 30 at The Grateful Palate on South Florida’s beautiful intracoastal waterway.
Thanks to the generous donations of sponsors and attendees, proceeds from the event will establish bee farming programs in impoverished communities across the island of Jamaica. Bee farming in Jamaica is a vibrantly expanding industry and honey can be easily sold for a profit, providing a viable source of income for poor families.
