In Haiti, the toll of human suffering is unimaginable. Millions of homeless, exhausted and scared families continue to live in total uncertainty, desperate for food, water and critical aid after a 7.2-magnitude earthquake rocked this impoverished island nation in August, leaving over 2,200 dead and thousands more injured.
Tropical Storm Grace lashed the same area with wind and rain just days later, making a catastrophic situation even more dire.
